Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Gift cards, discounts, and opened products are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or purchase verification and will send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label for you to print and attach to the package for return. Once the product has been mailed, please inform us at email@example.com so we can confirm tracking information. Once the return shipment is verified, we will then process your refund or replacement, depending on your situation.
Please do not send your purchase to our listed address or without a Return Shipping Label.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons outside of Vitamins Paws control are exempt from being returned.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is shipped (using the provided Return Shipping Label), it is your responsibility to contact us for verification and confirmation. We will then process the applicable refund amount.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, which will appear within 4-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may take several days to process once Vitamin Paws has verified shipment of the returned item. Be sure to review the original payment amount for the difference of your refund.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can only be refunded for the amount paid per the relative sale price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you are unsatisfied with the product. If you need to exchange it for another product, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label to print and return to our fulfillment center for inspection. Please include your order ID, lot # (located on the bottom of each jar), and photos of any damages (if applicable).
